Conservative firebrand Ben Bergquam, host of Real America’s Law and Border, didn’t hold back Wednesday night as he unloaded on the deadly shooting that rocked an ICE field office in Dallas. Fresh off a fourteen-hour drive, Bergquam fired up his camera and gave a no-holds-barred breakdown of what he believes really happened — and who’s to blame.
The first shot out of the gate: the media. Bergquam slammed early reports that claimed the attack happened at a detention center. Wrong, he said. This was an ICE field office — a crucial distinction. Detention centers, he explained, hold illegals long-term. Field offices are where ICE and Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) agents work daily. Some illegals pass through for processing, but the offices are mainly for officers. That, Bergquam said, makes the target crystal clear: “If you’re targeting a field office, you’re targeting ICE agents themselves.”

According to Bergquam, the gunman sprayed bullets into a van, killing two illegal immigrants inside, then opened fire on the ICE building before killing himself. The shooter, he noted, was described as a leftist. “The irony,” Bergquam said, “is the very people he claimed to protect were the ones he murdered.”
Then came his technical take. Bergquam, who says he’s been shooting since childhood, questioned the official line. With so many rounds fired, he cast doubt on whether a single gunman with a bolt-action rifle could have done all the damage. He suggested the possibility of more than one shooter — an idea that would flip the story on its head.
But Bergquam’s real fury was aimed at what he sees as the root cause: the radical left. “This is the direct result of Democrat, media, and activist attacks on ICE, Border Patrol, President Trump, Tom Homan, and American sovereignty,” he said. He named names: Antifa, Black Lives Matter, La Raza, and “Islamist groups” he accuses of working hand-in-glove to undermine America from within.
Then he went further, dragging in elected officials. Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker. Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson. California Governor Gavin Newsom. Members of “the Squad” — Rashida Tlaib, Ilhan Omar, and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. “Traitors,” Bergquam declared, “who’ve been working to destroy this country from within.”
He even pointed to a comment from Newsom, who had said South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem was “going to have a bad day.” Bergquam openly wondered if the governor knew something about the Dallas attack in advance.
Bergquam’s solution? Escalation. Labeling Antifa as a terrorist group isn’t enough, he argued. Every group calling for America’s overthrow — communists, socialists, La Raza, jihadists — should be branded terrorist organizations. Their money should be tracked, their leaders investigated, and their supporters prosecuted as traitors.
“This isn’t going to get better,” he warned. “It’s only going to get worse — unless these demon traitors are held accountable.”
He ended on a patriotic note, offering blessings for ICE, Border Patrol, Tom Homan, President Trump, and America itself. And then one last curse for America’s enemies: “To hell with the demons that want to overthrow it. It’s everyone’s job to stand up now.”
