ICE Boosts Bergquam Ahead of Explosive Law and Border Episode

Real America’s Voice correspondent Ben Bergquam’s border reporting just earned a rare endorsement from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The agency shared his latest video preview ahead of the upcoming episode of Law and Border, posting: “ICE Air is fueled, filled, and ready for take-off! Self-deport or be deported: the choice is yours.”

Bergquam, who has been documenting enforcement operations in San Antonio, Texas, responded that he was honored to see his work elevated by ICE itself. “Does it get any better than being shared by #ICE?! Honored! I will always stand with ICE against illegals and the traitors that are protecting them!” he wrote.

Deportations on Camera

The clip shared by ICE features buses and planes filled with migrants — many in handcuffs — preparing for deportation flights. Bergquam narrates over the footage: “This is the end of the road… they’ve had their due process, their day in court, and now they’re going home. Don’t come illegally.”

The message is simple, and the images reinforce it: illegal entry into the United States leads to detention, legal proceedings, and, for many, deportation on ICE Air flights.

Ride-Along in San Antonio

In a separate segment, Bergquam joined ICE agents for what he described as an “epic ride along.” What began as a criminal warrant for one suspect ended with five arrests, including two additional felons. That operation will be featured in the upcoming Law and Border episode, giving viewers a firsthand look at how routine enforcement can uncover far more than expected.

“God bless ICE,” Bergquam posted afterward, previewing the segment for his audience.

Locals Speak Out

Bergquam also highlighted the voices of local San Antonio residents frustrated by the ongoing influx of illegal immigration. One resident, Rob, said he no longer feels safe in his neighborhood. “They’re all in my neighborhood. I don’t feel safe sometimes. I’ve got seven dogs and two guns, and I still don’t feel safe.”

Joining him were John and Alberto, two U.S. military veterans originally from the Dominican Republic who immigrated legally with their families. Both men argued that newcomers must follow the legal process if they want to enjoy America’s opportunities.

“Do the paperwork. Come the right way. We’ve served this country, bought homes, lived the American Dream. Don’t cut the line,” John said. Alberto added that those who cheat the system ultimately drain resources intended for Americans and legal residents.

The Larger Context

Bergquam’s reporting draws a sharp contrast between media narratives and realities on the ground. For legal immigrants who followed the rules, and for residents living near the crisis, illegal immigration isn’t an abstract debate — it’s a daily safety and economic issue.

By sharing Bergquam’s footage, ICE underscored the same point: enforcement isn’t optional, it’s ongoing. Deportation flights are taking off, arrests are happening, and communities are watching closely.

The upcoming episode of Law and Border promises to spotlight both the enforcement efforts and the voices of those living in America’s border reality — unfiltered, unapologetic, and impossible to ignore.
