Ogles Slams Deep State, Pushes for Epstein Files Release, Drafts PEDO Act

Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN) is on a mission to make the Epstein files public. In a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi, he pledged his full support in bringing the documents to light.

Ogles congratulated Bondi on her confirmation and praised her commitment to transparency. He made it clear: if there are any legal roadblocks preventing the release of Epstein’s client list, he’s ready to help remove them.

“Should you encounter any statutory barriers to the expeditious public release of Jeffrey Epstein’s client list or other pertinent information, I stand ready to assist,” Ogles wrote.

He’s not stopping at just offering support. Ogles is drafting new legislation called the Preventing Epstein Documentation Obliteration Act, or PEDO Act. The goal? To ensure no agency destroys or hides these records.

Reports suggest certain FBI agents may be trying to erase key Epstein documents. Ogles says that can’t happen. He argues that for too long, the federal government has kept Americans in the dark.

“For years, the American public was intentionally kept in the dark by an increasingly paternalistic and condescending federal bureaucracy,” he wrote. He compared this secrecy to the cover-ups surrounding the assassinations of JFK, Martin Luther King Jr., and former Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy.

Trust in institutions is crumbling, Ogles warned. He says radical transparency is the only solution. He fully supports Bondi in her effort to expose the truth.

Bondi confirmed that Epstein-related files are already on her desk. She also has files on the assassinations of JFK and MLK. These documents are under review at President Trump’s direction.

“That’s been a directive by President Trump,” Bondi said. “I’m reviewing that, I’m reviewing JFK files, MLK files. That’s all in the process of being reviewed because that was done at the directive of the president.”

Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) is also demanding action. She wants newly confirmed FBI Director Kash Patel to release Epstein’s flight logs and the infamous “little black book.”

Ogles made his stance even clearer in a video released Thursday afternoon.

“Hey, everybody. Congressman Andy Ogles here. Now, look, you’re seeing a lot of chatter regarding the Epstein files,” he said. “Now, this is what you need to know, so I wrote a letter to the attorney general in support of what she’s doing, but also to create a mechanism so they can be released and preserved. So what is it? It’s called the PEDO Act – Preventing Epstein Documentation Obliteration. And what we don’t want is the Deep State to protect their own. So, I’m working with the Attorney General. We’ve got legislation being drafted to make sure that the truth is released because we know the truth is out there.”

The battle for Epstein’s files is heating up. With Bondi n charge and lawmakers like Ogles pushing for full disclosure, the public may finally get some long-awaited answers.
