Sarah Palin Runs For Congress, Left Expected To Freak Out

America First Firebrand, Republican Sarah Palin, former Governor of Alaska and former candidate for Vice President in 2008, is shaking up national politics again by launching a bid for a US House seat for Alaska after a special election was called to fill a void left after the death of Rep. Dan Young, who filled the seat for almost 50 years.

“Public service is calling, and I would be honored to represent the men and women of Alaska in Congress, just as Rep, Young did for 49 years,” Palin wrote in a statement. “America is at a tipping point. As I’ve watched the far left destroy the country, I knew I had to step up and join the fight.”

In her announcement, Palin blasted “out-of-control inflation, empty shelves, and gas prices,” and vowed to “combat the left’s socialist, big-government, America-last agenda.”

“I’m in this race to win it and join the fight for freedom alongside other patriots willing to sacrifice all to save our country,” she wrote.

The special primary is scheduled for June 11 — but it’s open to any party affiliation. The top four vote-getters will advance to the special general election on Aug. 16. The special general election winner will be determined by ranked-choice voting.

The winner will only serve for a few months, the remaining portion of Young’s term.

Palin, whose firebrand-populist and determined brand of Republicanism was the beginning of an era of strong pushback against the left. Palin, who faced all of the vicious attacks by the left that any can imagine has talked about possibly returning to policies one day-even suggesting she would run for Senate to primary limp lefty Lisa Murkowski, a Republican who often pushes extreme-left policies.

It is not clear if Palin has filed to run for a full term. She only said that she threw her hat in the ring for the special election prompted by Young’s death.

More than 40 candidates have already filed for the open special election.

Palin hit the national stage as a running mate for John McCain, to bring some excitement to his campaign- and she was treated terribly, but she always remained dignified and steadfast in her mission to talk about Conservative values and an American First agenda for Alaska and the United States.

The left was so threatened by her that they were absolutely vicious in attacks and smear campaigns on her and her children, her marriage and her entire life.

One thing we know for sure is that Palin makes the Marxist left very triggered and very violent because she doesn’t even appear to know how to back down from defending America.

Lapdog media outlets are reported that Palin’s “brand of combative conservatism and anti-establishment appeal has led many to consider her as the political precursor to Donald Trump, whose successful bid to become Republican president she supported in 2016.”

That is what scares the left the most- Palin was “Trump-y” before MAGA was a thing in the world. There is no doubt that if Palin wins and fills that seat, the left will pull out all of the stops to try to curtail her mission to serve Alaska and to help save the Republic from the Marxist re-set.
