Tom Homan isn’t holding back. In an exclusive interview with Ben Bergquam, host of Real America’s Voice: Law & Border, the former Border Czar laid out the stakes for America’s immigration crisis. And in true Homan fashion, he made one thing crystal clear: If you’re offended, “I don’t give a sh!t.”
The State of the Border
“We wake up every day and go to work for the greatest president of our lifetime, Donald J. Trump,” Homan told an audience at CPAC recently. With Trump back in office, immigration enforcement has ramped up. In just over a month, the administration has seen massive arrests in the interior, targeting criminals and illegal immigrants. “We’ve arrested just under 22,000—vast majority being criminals,” Homan told Bergquam to open up their exclusive interview.
But Homan isn’t satisfied yet, he said, telling Bergquam: “We’re not gonna be happy until every criminal, every public safety threat, every national security threat that isn’t supposed to be here is gone.”
Cracking Down on Activist Networks
Homan and Bergquam turned their attention, in their interview to NGOs and activists aiding illegal immigration. “We put together a great group to increase targets. Watch what happens in a few weeks,” Homan teased. He hinted at upcoming law enforcement actions against groups undermining immigration enforcement.
The problem? Leaks. “We already identified one. That’s under investigation.” He assured viewers that rogue agents sabotaging enforcement will face consequences. “99.9% of these agents are doing the right thing.”
Taking the Fight to Sanctuary Cities
To the sanctuary cities offering protection to illegal immigrants, Homan’s message was clear: “You want to keep playing games? You can deal with the FBI.” Trump’s administration has designated certain activist groups as terror organizations, ensuring they face the full weight of federal enforcement. “All hands on deck,” Homan declared.
The War Against Cartels and Child Traffickers
One of the most shocking revelations? “We’re looking for 300,000 missing children,” Homan said, putting the nation on notice. “I’m deputizing every American. If you see something wrong, make a phone call. One call out of a thousand can save a child.”
He called out Biden’s border policies for enabling child trafficking and fentanyl deaths. “When we had the border locked down, we were saving lives.” Now, he warned, things have spiraled out of control.
Making Border Security Permanent
Executive orders are in motion, but Homan says legislation is key. “We can’t rely on presidential elections to fix this every four years.” Among the reforms he’s pushing:
- Holding illegal families in detention until they see a judge (90% of cases result in deportation).
- Ending loopholes that allow child trafficking under the TVPRA (Trafficking Victims Protection Act).
- Fixing the asylum system by raising the initial screening standards.
“These three changes alone solve 85-90% of the border crisis.”
Follow the Money—And the Traitors
Investigations are ramping up into NGOs, U.S. aid programs, and even the United Nations. “Who was getting this money? Where did it go? Oversight is coming.” And what about politicians bought off by the cartels? “There will be legal action. If you violate U.S. laws, you’ll be held accountable.”
A Call to Action
Homan’s final words were a challenge to every American: “It’s not enough to be frustrated. Stand up and act. If you love this country, fight for it.”
The fight for America’s border is far from over—but Homan, Bergquam, and the entire team at Law & Border are making it clear: They’re not backing down.
