Trump Found to be Honest in Saying He Didn’t Rape Leftist Journalist E Jean Carroll, but ‘Guilty’ Anyway of Hurting Her Feelings

E. Jean Carroll lied and made up a crazy media hoax about Donald J. Trump raping her in a public department store, and the Jury responded by rejecting the rape case she tried to bring against him, it was such a crazy story.

However, he was found guilty of battery for what he said when he responded to her claims.

Battery is defined as:  an unlawful application of force directly or indirectly upon another person or their personal belongings, causing bodily injury or offensive contact. The attempt of battery is assault.

So a jury found Donald Trump liable for the sexual abuse and defamation of E. Jean Carroll in a civil trial but rejected her rape accusation. The jury awarded Carroll a total of $5 million in damages.

So Trump, when he said he didn’t rape her, and the Jury believed him. But he denied it in a mean way, so he is guilty of using force? The verdict is confusing. Check out Trump’s response:

Trump told Fox News that he will appeal the ruling in the E. Jean Carroll civil case, saying he has “absolutely no idea” who she is while blasting the verdict as a “disgrace” and “a continuation of the greatest political witch hunt in history.”

A federal jury in New York City decided Tuesday that Trump was not liable for rape but was liable for sexual abuse and defamation. The former president has been ordered to pay $5 million.

ABC news called it “battery” reporting:

A jury has found former President Donald Trump liable for battery and defamation in the E. Jean Carroll case.

Carroll, who brought the lawsuit in November, alleged that Trump defamed her in his 2022 Truth Social post by calling her allegations “a Hoax and a lie” and saying “This woman is not my type!” when he denied her claim that Trump raped her in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing room in the 1990s.

The former Elle magazine columnist added a charge of battery under a recently adopted New York law that allows adult survivors of sexual abuse to sue their alleged attacker regardless of the statute of limitations. Trump has denied all allegations that he raped Carroll or defamed her.

The jury awarded Carroll a total of $5 million in the lawsuit. Jury members found that Trump did not rape Carroll but sexually abused her, and awarded damages of $2 million in compensatory damages and $20,000 in punitive damages for battery.

The jury awarded $1 million in damages, $1.7 million for reputation repair, and $280,000 in punitive damages, for defamation.

This is more ‘Get Trup” it is all done by design. Democrats are known to have funded Carroll’s campaign of terror:

She probably did it to discredit her Republican political opponent and also to get attention for herself and likely fundraise off of Democrats and Never Trumpers as a victim- and make some money as a source of pain to Trump, the leading Presidential candidate for 2024, who the left- uni party is terrorized of strongly leading the nation.

Many people see the persecution of Trump as outrageous, including Real America’s Voice Ben Bergquam who made a good point that the punishment Trump gets everyday is for putting America First.
