Within a couple of hours of winning the Iowa Caucus in a commanding victory that humiliated his opponents, President Donald J. Trump picked up a sidekick who had been running against him: Mr. Vivek Ramaswamy- a newcomer to the political scene, who has blazed a path as a future presidential candidate.
The night was historic for several reasons, most of which was how much the Democrats were humiliated by the entire process after, as a party, they snubbed Iowa as a whole beacon. The Democrats have become far too elite for the American public to rally behind anymore- it appears.

Back to the story:
Trump’s Populist message IS exactly what America sees emerging from Monday night’s message. Memes of the heroic Trump and his working-class supporters filled social media:
The Democrats have become invisible to the people of Iowa.
The same Hawkeye State helped elect Barack Obama president in 2008 and 2012 before Donald Trump carried it in 2016 and 2020. Today, Republicans hold majorities in both chambers of the legislature and the governor’s mansion, and Iowa doesn’t have a single Democratic member of Congress. Only one Democrat holds a statewide office, auditor Rob Sand.
THIS IS MAGA:
In 2020, Democrats held three of Iowa’s four congressional seats, boasting three statewide elected officials. Fast forward four years and the landscape has drastically shifted. Iowa Democrats lack congressional representation, possess only one statewide elected official – the state auditor, and have lost their prominent spot in the presidential nominating calendar. Despite narrow losses in some 2022 races, including Rep. Cindy Axne’s seat, optimism persists among Democrats. Iowa’s Republican shift is evident, marked by Governor Kim Reynolds’ conservative legislative agenda. However, Democrats see policy decisions as an opportunity to sway voters. The loss of the first-in-the-nation caucuses challenges Democrats in rebuilding their Iowa presence.
But it will be an uphill climb for Democrats to regain their composure, especially after seeing someone perfect coming right up behind Trump with the same message:
To his credit, Ramaswamy conceded quickly when Trump won on Monday night and endorsed Trump. Trump posted on his Truth Social account – in the wee hours of Tuesday morning that he welcomed Ramawamy’s endorsement:
