US House Passes Historic Parent’s Rights Bill After Perfect Testimony by Moms for Liberty

Moms for Liberty co-founder Tiffany Justice, leader of a grassroots parent’s rights group, went to Washington, DC. They talked about how the weaponization of government under radical Joe Biden had been a brazen attack on the rightful caregivers of our Nation’s most precious resource- our children.

Justice spoke perfectly for the situation and conveyed the utter shock of attacks on parents in her group at the hands of an out control government, as educational environments were spinning out of control and concerns were escalating.

The government abused moms and dads for discussing their children’s needs.

It was totally out of control. The US House Committee on Weaponization had prepared the panel about the massive power grabs by Joe Biden’s Attorney General, with a lengthy paper on the topic, as reported by Frontline America.

Justice appeared with War Room host Steve Bannon to tell him about her experience:

On Friday, the heels of Justice’s brilliant testimony, which left even Democrats speechless, the US House Republicans passed the Parents Bill of Rights Act on Friday, sending the proposal along to the Senate.

“Today was a win for every mother or father, but most importantly for every student in America,” Speaker Kevin McCarthy said at a press conference following the vote, noting thousands of parents supported the bill,” ABC News reported, adding:

Backers of the bill say H.R. 5 has five core principles: Parents have the right to know what their children are being taught, to be heard, to see the school budget and spending, to protect their children’s privacy and to keep their children safe.

“It is not an attempt to have Congress dictate their [schools] curriculum, or determine the books in the library,” Letlow explained. “Instead, this bill aims to bring more transparency and accountability to education, allowing parents to be informed and when they have questions and concerns to lawfully bring to their local school board,” she said.

The bill would require schools to publish educational materials such as catalogs of books kept in libraries and course curricula. Other provisions establish parental rights to request meetings with educators, address school board meetings and review district budgets.

The Bill was sponsored by long-time Conservative Rep. Virginia Fox:

Democrats skipped out on parents, as exposed by Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY):

Justice no doubt had impact on the passage of the Bill:

Moms for Liberty Applauds Parents Bill of Rights Passage Through US House

MELBOURNE, FLORIDA –  Moms for Liberty is applauding the bold action of the US House, under the leadership of Rep. Julia Letlow, to enshrine parental rights in K-12 public education with the passage of the federal Parental Bill of Rights.

Moms for Liberty co-founders Tiffany Justice and Tina Descovich said, “Today, the US House took bold action in support of American parents with children in the public school system. Parents have fundamental rights to speak up, be involved and ask questions of their child’s public school leaders and school boards. Parental rights do not end at the classroom door. It is dumbfounding that the involvement of parents with their child’s education has become a partisan issue. And, it is disheartening to hear that this issue is so political the US Senate will not even take up this bill.

“I am proud that our Moms for Liberty members are already hard at work in 13 states across the U.S. to pass a parental bill of rights. Next year, we plan to add a dozen more to this list – following in the path of Gov. Ron DeSantis who is a trailblazer on this issue in Florida.  We know that all Americans are winning when our elected representatives are focused on parental rights in education.”
