Cartel Guard US Border at Same Time Busts For Drugs and Counterfeit Cash Happen Elsewhere

Ben Berquam, a correspondent for Real America’s Voice (RAV) , exposed what corporate media is ignoring and covering up – proving that the US Border appears to be under the control of foreigners in some areas, at a time when the US Government is fully aware that our border is being crossed to haul in massive amounts of dangersous drugs and other items.

“The cartels control Mexico, and if we don’t stop this now, soon we will be controlled by the Cartels,” Berguam reported this week, showing an area of the Border Security wall that is being watched by people he identified as Cartel scouts, reminding people in the video that he has seen no Border Patrol agents in the area at all.

Bergquam is the host of RAV’s program Law and Border, which highlights Bergquam’s extensive investigations into the border crisis. Just this weekend, Law and Border highlighted these very concerns about what a mess the Demoncrats have turned the border into.

Here is what he has uncovered now:

“Cartel scouts on the tops of every high point. Cartels control our borders from Nogales, Arizona, to the Gulf of Mexico to the Pacific Ocen, because of Joe Biden’s border policies,” Bergquam posted along with the footage that shows the proof of what he said:

Bergquam made the point that border control really has no idea who these people are, who are getting into the United States, where they are going, or what their mission is – once they are deep in the United States.

Bergquam also showed signs of an invasion, as the flag of Mexico flew over a hotel, which is known to house illegals. Here are his thoughts on that situation:

US Border Patrol reported a huge drug bust during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, proving the Government knows there is a problem with drugs and counterfeit currency coming in over the border.

Border Patrol agents seized approximately 188 pounds of methamphetamine with an estimated street value of $281,940.

Agents conducted a traffic stop on a blue pickup truck on the interstate near the Buckman Springs exit. As the agents made contact with the driver, a male United States citizen, they observed four large duffle bags in the bed of the truck. A Border Patrol K-9 team responded to the stop and conducted an air sniff of the truck, ultimately alerting to the presence of narcotics. Agents inspected the duffle bags and found multiple clear packages containing a crystal-like substance.

Tests revealed that the packages contained methamphetamine. The methamphetamine weighed approximately 188 pounds, with an estimated street value of $281,940.

The driver and narcotics were turned over to the San Diego County Sheriff’s Office for further investigation and processing. Border Patrol seized the vehicle.

“Our agents will continue to work tirelessly to ensure our communities are safe and that these dangerous drugs stay off our streets,” said Chief Patrol Agent Patricia D. McGurk-Daniel.

During fiscal year 2023, San Diego Sector Border Patrol agents seized more than 1,800 pounds of methamphetamine, 2,100 pounds of cocaine, 111 pounds of heroin and 1,285 pounds of fentanyl.

This seizure is part of recently announced Operation Apollo. Operation Apollo is a joint regional operation comprised of federal, state, and local agencies working to combat the threat from fentanyl, and other illicit synthetic narcotics. More information about Operation Apollo can be found here.

To prevent the illicit smuggling of humans, drugs, and other contraband, the U.S. Border Patrol maintains a high level of vigilance on corridors of egress away from our Nation’s borders. Contact San Diego Sector at (619) 498-9900 to report suspicious activity to the U.S. Border Patrol.

The seizure occurred on Monday, November 20 at the Gateway to the Americas Bridge when a CBP officer conducting outbound examinations selected a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu driven by a 36-year-old male U.S. citizen for examination. After initial inspection, CBP officers conducted an intensive physical examination and discovered a total of $125,306 in unreported currency hidden within the vehicle.

CBP officers seized the currency. Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents arrested the driver and initiated a criminal investigation.

It is not a crime to carry more than $10,000, but it is a federal offense not to declare currency or monetary instruments totaling $10,000 or more to a CBP officer upon entry or exit from the U.S. or to conceal it with intent to evade reporting requirements. Failure to declare may result in seizure of the currency and/or arrest. An individual may petition for the return of currency seized by CBP officers, but the petitioner must prove that the source and intended use of the currency was legitimate.
