The invasion at the US border has hit windy, cold Chicago and the deserts of California and Arizona in the middle of the Winter, and all along the way, there is evidence being reported by independent media that illegal invaders are exploiting children to help get a free ride into the United States.
The Democrats want to say that they are humane- however, these reports show some of the dirty underside of Immigration- exploiting children.
Here is why Democrats are creating concerns for humanity and for children especially:
- Human Trafficking Concerns: Sadly, some individuals exploit the complexities of immigration and may pose as families to traffic children across borders. This poses a significant challenge for authorities in determining genuine family units from those attempting to take advantage of immigration policies.
- Policy and Legal Loopholes: Some migrants might be aware of certain policies or legal loopholes that could potentially increase their chances of gaining asylum or entry into the destination country by arriving with children. Policies regarding unaccompanied minors, for instance, might encourage families to travel together.
In one situation, people are using children to get money because the illegal invaders who were transplanted into the area have no work permit and no skills; they are being allowed to take their little children to the streets and beg for money to buy food and supplies, as reported by Ben Bergquam.
In another, men are using what appeared to be severely drugged children to use the excuse that they deserve asylum into the country, as reported by Anthony Agureo.
Berguquam, host of Real America’s Voice show Law and Border, was on location and captured some footage of children being exploited and used for the purpose of panhandling.
Check out what Bergaquam uncovered and reported:
“More of Chicago being overrun by illegals because of open border Democrats. Children being exploited, inviting more criminals into our cities that are already ravaged by crime, and stealing more of your tax dollars to pay for it – that’s what the Democrats support. And they think you were too stupid to see it!”
Aguero, also a correspondent for RAV captured children who appeared to be drugged, being used to claim asylum, and the sight is just horrible. This is the type of child exploitation that is unfolding in public, which the Democrats claim is helpful.
Here is some of his most recent footage interviewing a man carrying a child he doesn’t know the details about and when the child is asked to stand up:

Here is how the Democrat’s policies have encouraged the trafficking and smuggling to children in their immigration and asylum hoaxes:
Can Asylee bring children? According to the Center for Immigration:
According to I-730 is a refugee/asylee relative petition in what is often called a “derivate follow-to-join” process. If you have been admitted to the U.S. as a refugee or if you were granted status in the U.S. as an asylee, you may be eligible to petition for your spouse and/or unmarried children under the age of 21.
The primary asylum applicant’s spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21 are considered “dependents.” As long as your dependents are physically in the United States, you can ask that they be included on your application for asylum.
Policies and procedures regarding asylum in the United States can vary, and they have undergone changes over time based on legal rulings, executive orders, and administrative decisions. Some policies that have influenced asylum-seeking families with children include:
- Asylum Eligibility for Families: The U.S. has historically allowed individuals and families to apply for asylum based on fear of persecution in their home countries due to reasons like race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group. Families with children can apply for asylum under these criteria.
- Flores Settlement Agreement: This legal agreement sets standards for the treatment of minors in immigration custody. It includes guidelines for the detention, release, and treatment of minors in immigration custody, emphasizing the importance of the best interests of the child.
- Asylum Officers and Screening: Asylum officers conduct interviews to assess an individual’s credible fear of persecution. This initial screening process determines whether the person and their family can proceed with a full asylum application or are subject to expedited removal.
- Temporary Protected Status (TPS): While not specifically for asylum, TPS allows individuals from designated countries facing natural disasters, armed conflict, or other extraordinary conditions to live and work in the U.S. temporarily. This status can benefit families with children seeking refuge.
- Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) Program: This program provides protections for minors who arrive at the border without a parent or legal guardian. It includes procedures for their care, custody, and release to suitable sponsors in the U.S., often family members.
- Family Reunification and Resettlement Programs: Various organizations and NGOs work to reunite separated families and provide support for refugees and asylees in the U.S. These programs often assist families in navigating legal processes, accessing resources, and integrating into society.
