DOJ Whistleblowers Expose DOJ And Biden, Grassley Explodes! Maxey Says ‘Courage Is Rising’

Who can forget the trials and Special Counsel investigations into the candidacy and presidency of President Donald J. Trump? Information from Whistleblowers filled the airwaves 24/7 for 5 years, with people like US House Rep Adam Schiff (D-CA) leaking information from committee meetings with their whistleblowers- to cable talk shows for bombastic headlines.

So now what will they say about highly credible whistleblowers from the US Department of Justice, who want to expose the actions of top law enforcement, who appear to be a plot to suppress information to the public about Hunter Biden’s laptop- and even went as far as to call any scrutiny of public information- as ‘disinformation’ ahead of an important election.

We covered the plot at the time:

We know from Ron Johnson’s testimony that the DOJ has known about the problems with Hunter Biden’s laptop since at least 2019 and has done nothing. That is mostly because we needed whistleblowers to come forward to assist what other courageous Americans were trying to bring to light about the Biden family corruption.

But all of that has changed, and this week the leading news is that finally, credible whistle-blowers have come forward and they named- names.

Some action has already started, as discussed on Waters World, on Fox News.

On Tuesday, Jessie Waters hosted US Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA), who talked to those powerful whistleblowers firsthand.

WATERS:  There is a Bombshell report out tonight alleging the FBI was involved in a giant cover-up to protect the Biden family and sway the 2020 election and possibly the 2022 election.

Highly credible whistleblowers are coming forward and reporting that the FBI intentionally downplayed damning evidence about Hunter Biden’s corrupt business deals and that they hatched a plot to discredit Hunter’s laptop as disinformation.

We’re learning federal agents were allegedly told to stop any damaging investigations into Hunter Biden. No questions asked even though there was alleged proof of Hunter’s potentially criminal activity.  Orders to black out the story were reportedly put forward by FBI analyst Brian Auten.

A funny thing about him is he’s the same FBI official who pushed the Trump -Russia collusion hoax. He took the bait on the Steel Dossier and used it to illegally investigate  Trump campaign officials like Mike Flynn and Carter Page.

And now he has his fingerprints all over another FBI plot to meddle with our elections. This is all coming just as Federal prosecutors in Delaware have reportedly reached a critical stage in charging the son of the president for tax fraud and foreign lobbying violations and lying on a Firearms application.

But prime time sources tell us that these are very narrow charges and the bigger international pay-to-play scheme involving China and the big guy is not being seriously scrutinized.

Delaware prosecutors may be getting pushback from the Department of Justice to wait on charging Hunter Biden, so it doesn’t cost the Democrats in the midterms.

The FBI whistleblowers is mentioned towards the top of the show and came forward to Senator Chuck Grassley and he joins us now to talk about it.

GRASSLEY: They had people making decisions on what should be investigated or start to investigate or not investigate, and what to shutdown and investigation and it had a political bias in it. It’s as simple as opening a case against Trump that was based on fuzzy liberal newspaper reports.

It was a good reason to advance the investigation, but when it comes to Hunter Biden with plenty of concrete information, it would shut down. It’s pretty simple. And we have evidence that some of these people have exhibited this political bias over a long period of time because there’s a guy by the name of Thibault, that the whistleblowers told me about.  I took it directly to Ray, I guess he’d done this when we, when we easier to press release on it, but I talked to him about it to thank him because he moved that guy out of the decision-making of which investigation should go ahead, and which one should be stopped.

But that gives you an example of political bias and it hurts the Integrity of the FBI  the people of the United States ought to have really good feelings about the FBI and know that they are a credible organization. And there should be no party or power involved in this decision-making process.

It should be simply fair to follow the facts where it takes them, and there should be no politics.

It’s unfair and the FBI has not met the test of fairness in this particular case.

WATERS:  Do you trust FBI director to raise to the ability to handle this case with Hunter Biden?

GRASSLEY: I would think that he would be in a position to do it and when he moved Thibault, that’s the guy whose name I was talking about.

They moved him out of that decision-making role to something else. It shows me that he can take action, but I wonder if the whole situation is so bad that there’s a lot of a going on that even Ray doesn’t know about.

That’s a sad commentary. That’s why you got to rely on whistleblowers that go down at the Grassroots when something is wrong. Listen to the whistleblowers.

WATERS: We will see if the media listen to these whistleblowers as closely as they listened to the whistleblowers against Trump.

According to a press release from Grassley’s office on the Whistleblowers:

“Whistleblowers’ Reports Reveal Double Standard In Pursuit Of Politically Charged Investigations By Senior FBI, DOJ Officials”

Tampering spanned multiple election cycles, infected investigative activity involving Hunter Biden

Multiple FBI whistleblowers, including those in senior positions, are raising the alarm about tampering by senior FBI and Justice Department officials in politically sensitive investigations ranging from election and campaign finance probes across multiple election cycles to investigative activity involving derogatory information on Hunter Biden’s financial and foreign business activities. The legally protected disclosures to Senate Judiciary Committee Ranking Member Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) suggest a political double standard has influenced and infected decisions in matters of paramount public interest.

Election & Campaign Finance Investigations

Whistleblowers allege that Washington Field Office Assistant Special Agent in Charge Timothy Thibault disregarded agency guidelines requiring substantial factual predication to trigger investigations while declining to move forward with other investigations despite proper predication. Thibault and Richard Pilger, director of the election crimes branch within the FBI’s public integrity section, reportedly were instrumental in the opening of an investigation into the Trump campaign and its associates based in substantial part on information from the left-aligned organizations. Thibault allegedly scrubbed and diluted details of the sources’ political bias from a memo seeking the full investigation, which was ultimately approved by FBI Director Chris Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland.

Whistleblowers claim that Thibault, Pilger and others didn’t always adhere to agency policies in their supervision of various election-related matters, including campaign finance investigations across multiple presidential election cycles.

These claims comport with testimony from former acting Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General Richard Donoghue, who previously told the committee that leadership within the public integrity section and election crimes branch frequently asserted authority they did not have, which frustrated and discouraged investigations.

“Simply put, if a politically charged investigation is to be opened, the Justice Department and FBI have an obligation to ensure that it’s done the right way. Based on the allegations, that does not appear to have happened. Such improper conduct demands further explanation from the Justice Department and FBI,” Grassley wrote in a letter last week to Wray and Garland, which is being made public today.

Grassley previously raised concerns about left-wing social media posts by Thibault, which likely violated federal laws department policies. Following Grassley’s letter, the Inspector General referred Thibault to the Office of Special Counsel for potential Hatch Act violations.

Hunter Biden Investigation

Whistleblowers further allege that Thibault and other FBI officials sought to falsely portray as disinformation evidence acquired from multiple sources that provided the FBI derogatory information related to Hunter Biden’s financial and foreign business activities, even though some of that information had already been or could be verified. In August of 2020, FBI supervisory intelligence analyst Brian Auten opened an assessment, which was used by a team of agents at FBI headquarters to improperly discredit and falsely claim that derogatory information about Biden’s activities was disinformation, causing investigative activity and sourcing to be shut down.

That same month, FBI agents provided an unsolicited and unnecessary briefing to Grassley and Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), who were also investigating Biden’s foreign business deals. Details about that briefing were later leaked to the news media in an apparent effort to falsely cast the senators’ investigation, which was based on U.S. government records and testimony from Obama administration officials, as tainted with foreign disinformation.

The FBI headquarters team allegedly placed their assessment findings in a restricted access subfolder, effectively flagging sources and derogatory evidence related to Hunter Biden as disinformation while shielding the justification for such findings from scrutiny. Thibault also reportedly ordered the closure of a stream of information related to Hunter Biden and sought to improperly mark the matter within FBI systems in a way that would prevent it from being re-opened in the future. The FBI headquarters team allegedly claimed that reporting from the stream was at risk of disinformation. However, whistleblowers claim that all of the information obtained through that stream was already verified or verifiable.

“The aforementioned allegations put a finer point on concerns that I have raised for many years about political considerations infecting the decision-making process at the Justice Department and FBI. If these allegations are true and accurate, the Justice Department and FBI are – and have been – institutionally corrupted to their very core to the point in which the United States Congress and the American people will have no confidence in the equal application of the law,” Grassley wrote in a letter today to Wray and Garland

Grassley is seeking records related to Auten’s assessment, derogatory information received by the FBI related to Hunter Biden and an accounting of all leads that were either closed out or denied further review by or at the direction of Thibault. Grassley is also seeking records related to the August 2020 briefing, including 302s, predicating materials and individuals involved.

Whistleblowers

Grassley frequently hears from current and former government employees who come forward to shine a light on fraud, waste, abuse and gross mismanagement in government agencies or by government contractors. He protects the identities of these sources and frequently promotes policies that shield whistleblowers from retaliation.

Individuals wishing to call attention to mismanagement or misconduct within the Justice Department and its component agencies, such as the FBI, about the aforementioned allegations or other misconduct should contact Sen. Grassley’s investigations unit at (202) 224-3738 or email wb_reports@judiciary-rep.senate.gov

Director Wray has personally committed to Senator Grassley that whistleblowers who have come forward will not face retaliation.

REMEMBER MAXEY?

It was Jack Maxey, former co-host of the War Room, who delivered the contents of Hunter’s laptop to Grassley and pleaded with him to help and expose what the contents showed about our national security dangers. We covered his courageous plea to Americans to come forward here:

I am not afraid, I have faith in God and still hold out hope that men like you and others who take their oaths seriously will intervene to save our constitutional republic.  I am a veteran and have already offered by life for these ideas and made an oath to protect the Constitution from enemies, “both foreign and domestic”.It still stands.

The level of corruption and betrayal is almost unimaginable. I pray, Sir, because I have profound respect for your character, that you will have the power and the courage to put this before the American people and hold the guilty responsible. Throughout this, because I have a daughter and a soul, I have tried diligently to protect the dozens of innocents who would be exposed if this were made live. It is my prayer that this will never happen to be the case, and so long as I live and have said, it never will.  But this country is on the precipice, and righteous men owe it to the past and the future to avoid chaos if it can be helped.

I hope I am not alone, but I still believe what the old people told me, and without hyperbole, I have pledged my life, my fortune, and my sacred honor to see justice done.

When contacted for a reaction to Grassley’s update about the Whistleblowers, Maxey told me, “courage is rising.”
