As Debate around the country rages on about how appropriate it is to have sexually explicit graphic novels in school libraries for school children, Facebook has been caught limiting the potential reach of Children’s book publishers- because their authors like Conservative heroes.
“Our books are designed to inspire children. We invested much of our seed capital in building our brand on Facebook. But Facebook has now shut down our advertising account. The official reason? “Disruptive Content.” Bethany Mandel wrote about what Facebook has done to her business.
Key Point: Facebook, which is an instrumental promoter of Critical Race Theory, Elections and Equity departments promotes left-leaning children’s book publishers, who are making a lot of money using their access to public education.
Interviews of parents who are affected by the left’s agenda for public schools, on this site, expose the relationships between school’s “Social-Emotional Learning” surveys and novels of graphic human sexuality, along with schools’ use of Education Technology to gather data on and groom school children into certain political ideas.
So- Facebook uses its platform to both deny its competitors to the market, and to push a political agenda on children, school staff, and their families.
This should be investigated.
“In 2019, the U.S. book publishing industry generated a revenue of 8.38 billion U.S. dollars in textbook publishing, a decrease from 9.13 billion U.S. dollars in 2018. This 2019 estimate represents the lowest annual aggregate revenue of textbooks in the United States in the time frame from 2010 to 2019.”
And here is Facebook, the big funder of the Panorama system of control and domination over public schools, limiting their competitor’s access to the public and the private markets.
A homeschool mom and independent bookseller has been banned from using Facebook. In the following set of tweets, Mandel explains the situation.
“Facebook ‘permanently’ locks account of conservative children’s book publisher. Heroes of Liberty publishes books about Amy Coney Barrett, Ronald Reagan and Thomas Sowell
Facebook has “permanently disabled” the ads account of a conservative children’s book publisher, claiming that Heroes of Liberty – which has published books about Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett, former President Ronald Reagan and author Thomas Sowell – violated the company’s rules against “Low Quality or Disruptive Content.” Facebook originally locked the ads account on Dec. 23, and after Heroes of Liberty appealed the ruling, the company permanently disabled the account.
“The question is: is a children’s biography of Ronald Reagan no longer permissible on Facebook? We don’t know. But apparently promoting one may well kill a business,” Heroes of Liberty editor and board member Bethany Mandel told FOX Business on Sunday.
“We began investing in Facebook four months before we launched our first book,” she added. “We invested most of our marketing budget on the platform, and now our budget (the money we’ve already spent), as well as our assets and data are gone. Marketing-wise we are back in square one, financially it’s even more challenging.”
