20 US Republican Representatives have betrayed the American people at a time when it is critical to stand up and defend our US Republic, during a vote on Wednesday to censure a House member who revels in lying to the American people and putting us in danger, to shape public opinion about a sitting President of the United States of America.
US Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) was highly corrupt in the pursuit of destroying President Donald J. Trump, during Trump’s administration so that he could not get his America First agenda done, even going as far as getting documents to frame Trump- illegally and posting personal information about private citizens online.
Schiff used his immunity as a US Rep to get away with it.
Finally, one lawmaker had enough and took him to task, calling for a House Censure and a fine for Schiff’s actions.
And 20 GOP Reps basically told the American people today that they do not care about any of what Schiff has done – they wanted him to remain unscathed after delivering a massive blow to our way of life.

The House on Wednesday rejected a GOP-backed effort to censure Rep. Adam Schiff, with almost two dozen Republican lawmakers bucking their party’s attempt to publicly rebuke the California Democrat.
In a 225-196 vote, the House set aside the censure resolution introduced by Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, R-Fla., to censure Schiff over his role in the House investigation into Russia and the 2016 Trump campaign.
Twenty Republicans joined Democrats in the tabling Luna’s measure, effectively blocking a vote on the censure resolution itself. Two Republicans and five Democrats voted present.
“Today’s partisan and failed attempt to censure me is a badge of honor that I will wear proudly,” Schiff tweeted after the vote. “MAGA Republicans are going after me because I dared to hold Donald Trump accountable.”
The resolution was privileged, meaning the Republican-controlled House was compelled to bring it up by Thursday. A censure resolution requires a simple majority to pass. Had it been successful, Schiff would have been ordered to stand on the House floor to receive a verbal rebuke.
Schiff, who is running for a Senate seat, called the resolution “political payback” on Tuesday.
“They also hope to intimidate and silence, not just me but others,” he told NBC News at the time.
House Majority Leader Steve Scalise of Louisiana tweeted his support for the censure resolution on Tuesday as former President Donald Trump was arraigned at a federal courthouse in Miami.

US Rep. Adam Schiff has admitted that he abuses the Speech and Debate Clause of the US Constitution to willingly lie to the American people. He is proud of his exploitations because he believes that President Donald J. Trump’s policies are so damaging to his cronies in the ‘administrative state’ that he is justified to screw over the American people to protect them and their usurpations.
Schiff, when busted by Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch, even evoked the privilege in a lawsuit. Fitton talked about that in 2021:

Adam Schiff secretly subpoenaed, without court authorization, the phone records of Rudy Giuliani and then published the phone records of innocent Americans, including President Trump’s lawyers, a member of Congress, and a journalist. Every American should be concerned about a ruling that suggests Congress has unlimited power to take and publish their private phone records!
The Judicial Watch lawsuit sought the controversial impeachment-related subpoenas for phone records, including those of Rudy Giuliani, President Trump’s lawyer. Schiff and the Committee are being represented by the Office of General Counsel for the House of Representatives.
The phone records led to the publication of the private phone records of Giuliani, Congressman Devin Nunes, journalist John Solomon, Trump attorney Jay Sekulow, attorney Victoria Toensing, and other American citizens.
In their 14-page motion Schiff and the Committee claim “sovereign immunity;” “Speech or Debate Clause” privilege; immunity from FOIA and transparency law; that the records are secret; and that Judicial Watch and public do not need to see them. Today’s court decision suggested that Schiff and the House have “absolute” immunity from inquiries about the subpoenas.
Judicial Watch filed its lawsuit under the public’s common-law right of public access to examine government records after it received no response to a December 6, 2019, records request (Judicial Watch v. v Adam Schiff and U.S. House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence(No. 1:19-03790)):
- All subpoenas issued by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence on or about September 30, 2019 to any telecommunications provider including, but not limited to AT&T, Inc., for all records of telephone calls of any individuals
- All responses received to the above subpoenas.
The lawsuit argued, “The records are of critical public importance as the subpoenas were issued without any lawful basis and violated the rights of numerous private citizens.”
