President Donald Trump filed a lawsuit against New York State Attorney General Letitia James on Monday in an attempt to put a stop to her civil inquiry, which has been ongoing since 2019 in a long string of abuses by her from her office.
Key Point: It is almost as if James believes Trump will run for POTUS again in 2024.
According to a report from the New York Times, Ms. James is a registered Democrat who is being accused in Trump’s lawsuit of having political motivations in her investigation: “Her mission is guided solely by political animus and a desire to harass, intimidate, and retaliate against a private citizen who she views as a political opponent,” the lawsuit stated.
On Monday, President Trump also made some fiery comments about Attorney General James through his Save America PAC, “Tell Letitia that she is not dealing with the Cuomo brothers, a corrupt Governor in a corrupt state, including your office and others, and Fredo, who did the Governor’s dirty work for him.”
According to a statement shared with the New York Times, Letitia James responded to Trump’s lawsuit by claiming that the Trump Organization has simply “continually sought to delay our investigation into his business dealings.”
ABUSE OF POWER
Something is really wrong with the Attorney General of New York, Letitia James, who has used her position as a civil servant to attack Donald J. Trump, over a period of years. Her abusive actions have come both when he was the President of the United States and while he is a private citizen.
James’s obsessive hatred for Trump is so much a part of her identity that she made it her central campaign promise- to “get Trump’, showing her skills don’t go much further than getting revenge on political opponents of powerful people. That fact made Games like a hired “hit woman” of politics.

A shocking video of the Attorney has emerged showing how politically driven Letitia James is to hurt the Trump family, where she admits what she is doing, in a series of clips from different campaign events, one where she says that she is going to sue Trump and make him know her name.

Telling people to vote for her, James says:
“I say one name, Donald Trump. That should motivate you to get up off your ass to vote,” she says.Her friend asks,”Will you sue him for us?”James says, “oh we are definitely going to sue him. We are going to be a pain in the ass, and he is going to know my name personally.”
And the two women are feeling each other’s arm, laughing, hugging and seem to be drunk, slurring their words a bit, they are quite titillated to be talking about going after Trump for no reason other than they do not like him.
The video goes on to show James at another campaign event, saying that he [Trump] made his money off the backs of New Yorkers.
In another video clip, James says, “We need to focus on Donald Trump, we need to go after his money, we need to find out where he has laundered money, because those transactions have happened in New York City, to show him no one is above the law.”
“We are going after Donald Trump and his illegitimate government,” James said. “He has colluded and violated the emolliates clause, and all he stands for is in violation of our values.”
In fact it was her platform that she would not be “afraid to go after this illegitimate president. “When our fundamental rights are at stake. The banner under her reads, “AG vows to go after Trump and his family,” as if they are proud of her lawfare.
James is completely out of control.
