Full Steam on Iowa Caucuses: Unified American People for Trump, Dems Have not Blinded Everyone

Iowa caucuses are biennial electoral events for members of the Democratic and Republican parties in the U.S. state of Iowa. Unlike primary elections in most other U.S. states, where registered voters go to polling places to cast ballots, Iowans gather at local caucus meetings to discuss and vote on the candidates.

The Iowa caucuses are held to select delegates to county conventions and party committees, among other party activities. The caucuses used to be noteworthy as the first major contest of the United States presidential primary season. However, because the Democrats are losing so badly in the state, they changed their focus to the 2024 Democratic Party presidential primaries, which have been scheduled to start with the South Carolina Democratic primary on February 3, 2024, and the Iowa Democratic caucuses have been pushed later to March.

But Iowa caucuses still matter to MAGA, and they are full steam ahead:

From Iowa on Wednesday, the Demoines Register reported that President Donald Trump aimed the Biden administration’s economic agenda, pledging to deliver “one of the greatest economic years this nation has ever recorded” while continuing to attack Gov. Kim Reynolds as he campaigned in eastern Iowa.

Trump pointed to high prices and inflation, which remain a top issue among Republican voters, as a symptom of what the White House has termed “Bidenomics,” and said the current state of the economy had stymied upward economic momentum in the U.S..

“As long as Crooked Joe Biden is in the White House, the American dream is dead,” Trump said. “It’s dead. You don’t hear about the American dream anymore.”

Real America’s Voice, Ben Bergquam, host of Law and Border, reported live from a Trump event, describing lines of people around the building in the freezing cold winter temps to get a chance to participate in a training event with him- because they were part of the “remnant of Amercans who are trying to save the Republic.”

“What I’ve seen over these last several days in Chicago now coming here to Iowa from the border. What happened on January 6, the difference between the rule of law with Hunter Biden and President Trump is stark.

What we have going on right now is a death by a million cuts in our country. But what’s impressive what’s also happening is that instead of blood coming out of each one of these cuts, it’s opening a wound for light to shine through, and we are seeing what used to be called a remnant.

You and I were talking about this. Your word was perfect. It’s a convergence. We’re seeing this what I saw in Chicago and what I’m seeing here, the line outside, it’s a small venue. There are a couple of 1000 people that can fit. It’s in the 20s and 30s degrees. It’s cold outside, but we have a line around the building here to come and see President Trump because the people here understand what’s happening.

The people here understand the stakes for this country. And now you have the Black inner city, converging the Hispanic community, converging- all God’s people. Conservatives, libertarians, Godly, all of these people are coming together and saying, wait a second, it’s time for our light to shine.

And what’s interesting about all of this is that I kept thinking about this to the left. They seem to be blind to what’s happening. They seem to be blind to the the policies on the border, the impact and the fact that they’re losing people and I it’s biblical.

The Bible talks about them having scales over their eyes. That is what they have; they cannot see what they have caused. They cannot see why people are leaving them. And there is something massive and impressive happening right now.

So I want to encourage people out there, it isn’t good. It’s dark. The border is terrible. We’re being invaded. Chicago sucks right now.

But something extraordinary is happening through all of this, and I just want to encourage you. It is getting better. You’re in the fight, and it is just beginning.

Everyone who shines that light needs to step up right now, but it’s fantastic,” Bergquam told Steve Bannon, the War Room program host, adding:

“The fight is just beginning, and it is an honor to be a part of it.”

While the Democrats and the media are trying to downplay the power of the Iowa Caucus, reports are leaking out that shows what is coming from a first real hint of where the American people will vote:

“Donald Trump’s campaign plans to significantly ramp up activity in Iowa during the first two weeks of January, a move to ensure the former president delivers a knockout blow in the first Republican nominating contest of 2024,” Bloomberg reported on Thursday, adding:

“While Trump overwhelmingly leads his Republican rivals, the push signals his campaign hopes to win Iowa by a large margin to snuff out any chance of his challengers gaining traction and drawing out the presidential primary beyond Super Tuesday in March.”
