Consequences of Housing Illegal Invaders: More Displaced Veterans, This Time Army-Navy Game

On Dec. 9, 2023, America’s Game will be in New England for the first time in the 124-year series history. The 2023 installment of Army-Navy will mark only the third time the historic matchup has taken place outside of the mid-Atlantic region (Chicago, Ill. In 1926 and Pasadena, Calif. In 1983).

In addition to the Army-Navy Game presented by USAA, a number of associated events will be hosted at historic sites throughout the Greater Boston region on Friday, Dec. 8, 2023, including the Patriot Games, the Army-Navy Gala and Media Row.

“In New England, we value history, honor tradition, and celebrate sports rivalries. That’s why we are so thrilled for the opportunity to host America’s Game at Gillette Stadium in 2023.”ROBERT KRAFT, CHAIRMAN AND CEO OF THE KRAFT GROUP, a recent press release reported.

But something may be missing- Veterans to watch the game because the hotels around the stadium are full of illegal invaders and military-aged men from America’s biggest enemies.

That is what one group is fighting with their movement.

According to their website, the Common Sense Movement to House a Veteran:

House A Veteran!

Help us house Veterans attending the Army Navy Game who have been displaced because of Massachusetts illegal immigrant crisis

The Army–Navy game is one of the most traditional and enduring rivalries in college football that goes back to 1890. Attended by sitting Presidents and watched by millions, the Army-Navy game is an environment unmatched as Cadets and Midshipmen, past and present, come together for the famous interservice rivalry of the United States Armed Forces. In anticipation for this game, Army-Navy veterans from all across the country have made their plans to attend this historic American event.

The State of Massachusetts has welcomed an overwhelming influx of illegal migrants from our southern border in the last year. In over 80 cities and towns, and a monthly state budget increase of $45 million per month, the state of Massachusetts continues to house these migrants at military bases, college campuses and hotels throughout the state.

CBS News has reported that because the State of Massachusetts is actively leasing hotels to handle the mass migration into the Commonwealth, numerous veterans who plan on attending the game are no longer guaranteed their hotel reservation.

The Common Sense Movement is working with local business, community and military leaders to address this crisis and house Army-Navy veterans in their homes for the weekend of December 9th. The state of Massachusetts has failed its citizens and our veterans by prioritizing the state funding of illegal immigrants over our country’s veterans. We are asking for your support in our efforts to restore common sense and prioritize the men and woman of Army and Navy who have served our country.
