Many authors have written about how the Roman Republic fell from a population once devoted to national service and personal honor into a mess of ‘torn to-shreds’ empty shells of humans due to wealth inequality, partisan gridlock, political violence, and pandering politicians.
And are we far behind that- as the United States of America?
We need to look no further than the modern-day corporate media players to see the telltale signs of a declining nation that has lost a sense of ethics, morality, and duty.
History tells us that Rome chose to let their democracy die by not protecting its political institutions, and many people are asking how far we are from the fall of the United States- for the same reasons.
How have these media types flip-flopped on the issues they told us they cared about- and betrayed our trust?
We don’t have to look too far from corporate media to see the Americans who are using their positions to push the American Republic into the dustbin of history with Rome by acting shamelessly as they betray the public trust.

This expose of Morning Joe comes from our friend, the director of Camp Constitution, Hal Shurtleff, who is also the victor of the SCOTUS battle over the Christian flag in Boston in 2022.
(A little background in Shurtleff to know:
Shurtleff v. City of Boston, 596 U.S. ___ (2022), was a United States Supreme Court case related to the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. The case concerned the City of Boston’s program that allowed groups to have their flags flown outside Boston City Hall. In a unanimous 9–0 decision, the Court ruled that the city violated a Christian group’s free speech rights when it denied their request to raise a Christian flag over City Hall.)

Joe Scarborough, Before Became a Mouthpiece for the Deep State…
As a freshman member of Congress, Joe Scarborough co-sponsored Ron Paul’s bill to get the United States out of the United Nations. So, it was no surprise that he would be invited to speak at a John Birch Society (JBS) meeting. Joe said at a February 1996 JBS Council Dinner and was enthusiastically received by the attendees. In his introductory remarks, Joe referred to a JBS Council member and his wife as close friends and praised the work of the JBS.
But something changed. Today, he is little more than a mouthpiece for the Establishment he once opposed. He even married the daughter of Zbigniew Brzezinski, who was one of the Deep State’s top operatives. He recently ranted on his Morning Joe Show that if Trump gets reelected, Trump will execute his enemies and made a nauseating panegyric to Joe Biden.
